TUESDAY, MAY 16: Real estate is made up of three parcels, being sold separately.

Parcel 1: This plot boasts the 110,000sq. ft. main warehouse and office building along with a large industrial warehouse, approximately 110,000sq. ft., with attached shop building, loading/unloading dock, large bays and scales.
