ANNOUNCEMENT: The PA Dept. of Agriculture has included farm equipment on the list of essential items that may be offered at a live auction.  However, out of respect for the safety of our customers and employees we will be offering the assets of this estate online.  We will have staff members on site to assist bidders who do not have internet access, but we strongly advise anyone who is able to bid remotely to do so!  For your convenience, we will also be accepting absentee bids and limited telephone bids as well.  Out of respect for the governor’s order, anyone who feels it is necessary to visit the auction site in person is asked to wear a mask and observe social distancing practices.Unless there is a change in state policy after the publication of this ad, we are still unable to offer in person real estate services in Lancaster County even for agricultural properties.   At this time we are forced to offer the property via an online auction with limited phone bidding.  Any party interested in the real estate must register online at www.hessauctiongroup.com to bid online or pre-register with the auction company by phone or email prior to the auction to bid by phone.
