Hess Auction Group is pleased to offer the collection of the late James Hoffman of Mt. Joy, Pennsylvania. James was an ironworker and welder who loved muscle cars, the Pittsburgh Steelers and collecting. He was a member of the local Vagabonds Car Club and the Elizabethtown Historical Society. His love for collecting was based on the idea that he was a caretaker of history. James’ collection is rich in local Lancaster County items and among the many hundreds of things being offered are local signs, advertising, ephemera and primitives.
