Charlotte & Stiegel Street LLC, South Pitt & West Stiegel Streets, Manheim, PA will sell contents of storage unit #1 at a public online auction to satisfy a lien placed on the contents (pursuant to 73 P.S. §1901). The sale will take place at www.hessauction.com on Tuesday, July 6th, 2021 at 6:00 pm. Unit will be available for viewing prior to sale on www.hessauction.com or in person on Tuesday, July 6th, 2021 from 11:00-12:30 pm. Contents may include household, furniture, and miscellaneous items. Terms: Cash. All sales final. Seller reserves right to refuse any bids. Buyer has 96 hours to remove items from premises. Refundable trash removal fee will be required.
