45th Annual Benefit Auction & Family Fun Days

April 23rd & 24th, 2021 (Rain or Shine!)

SCHEDULE

Friday, April 23rd*

3:15-6:30 pm Pork BBQ Dinner (Dine-in or Drive-thru)

Advance tickets guaranteed until 6pm; limited walk-ins welcome – call the school at (717) 665-4300 to reserve tickets through 4/16

$11 meal includes pulled pork BBQ (by Peters’ BBQ), baked potato, applesauce, pickle, homemade roll, dessert, and drink

Bake stand items also available for purchase inside the gym

4:00 pm Silent Auction begins (ends at 12pm on Saturday)

6:00 pm Welcome by Lead Now Students

6:15 pm Live Auction begins (General Merchandise)

7:30 pm Class Projects/Special Experiences

  • includes “Seed to Sow” project where each fourth grade student is given $10 to use toward creating and selling a product to sell in the month leading up to the auction. Each of their products is then auctioned off that evening.
  • items include children’s wooden picnic table, handmade quilt, yard games, and dessert trays all personalized by individual classes

Some of the items available: Poly outdoor furniture, tools, John Deere zero-turn mower, John Deere lawn tractor, Hershey Park tickets, chicken coop, John Deere TS gator, plants, kids’ battery-powered John Deere gator, milkshakes, Fink’s French fries

We were not able to have our auction last year but we raised over $162,000 in 2019. All proceeds go toward helping to make Christian education affordable for more families, purchasing new technology, and funding essential building projects.
